Anderson Regenerate is a multidisciplinary team of three Directors with over 70 years combined experience across the most relevant sectors of the development industry.

Patricia Gillis

After receiving a BSc (Hons) degree in Planning and Development, Patricia started her career as a consultant with Barton Wilmore Planning where she worked on a major planning permission for a new settlement in Hull, a marine development, various non fossil fuel power stations and business parks. A move to Taylor Woodrow 6 years later was invaluable to her development, acting as project manager on the build of the Sellafield 2 development.

This was followed by 8 years with South Cambridgeshire District Council as Head of Resource & Development, running a £30m programme, coupled with key contact in the delivery a new village. She was also the primary lead in major regeneration of tired mixed use developments within the council ownership. Both proved highly successful, attracting inward investment and creating much needed affordable housing.

In 2001 Patricia joined Fairview New Homes as Partnerships Director, where she set up an Affordable Housing division, procuring in excess of 400 units a year via S106 agreements.

She then founded Durkan Partnerships for the Durkan Group, resulting in a consortium of regeneration projects in Tower Hamlets before joining Anderson Regenerate Team as Group Partnerships Director in early 2006.

Steven Gough

Steven began his Town & Country Planning career in 1986 as an Assistant Area Planning Officer with Mid Suffolk District Council, where he was responsible for a diverse range of applications and appeals for residential, retail, commercial and leisure developments.

Four years later he gained corporate membership of the RTPI and from 1993 to 1998 Steven worked at Rochford District Council, with personal responsibility for dealing with major residential development in the West of the District.

He joined Fairview New Homes in 1998 as a member of the in-house planning team, and in 2003 was made Planning Director. Whilst at Fairview he secured complex urban “brownfield” sites for the company, and was instrumental in the delivery of Planning Permission for over 9200 residential units across London and the South East.

In August 2007 Steven joined the Anderson Group as Planning Director. He has overall responsibility for planning matters within the Group, as well as the identification, risk analysis, support and delivery of site acquisitions. He is also in charge of redevelopment opportunities and planning permissions for sites acquired by the group independently or in partnership with other organisations.

Stuart Wilson

Stuart joined the group in late 2006 following a six year stay with St George as Technical Director, working on a range of medium to large brownfield redevelopment projects, the most recent being Imperial Wharf in Fulham.

Now Development Director, his career has encompassed development and contracting roles, providing experience across residential, industrial, commercial and retail sectors, from single dwelling/small works to large scale regeneration projects - an extremely broad range of experience that makes him well positioned to take a leading role in the assessment and management of the extensive range of opportunities considered by Anderson Regenerate.
